For patients who require regular check-ups, we have entered into a partnership with the company Viduet. Together with them, we ensure that your appointment takes place on time and is well prepared. They will send you emails on behalf of our practice. Such a message may, for example, be an invitation to complete a medical questionnaire or a request for you to book an appointment with us. We would be very grateful if you could respond to such requests.
You will soon be able to log in to the patient portal using DigiD. Until then, you will need to log in using an account. You can here apply. The practice will create an account for you.
Absolutely. The first point of contact is always a call-back appointment with your GP. Your GP will discuss with you whether a consultation at the surgery is necessary.
Emails regarding your appointments and your patient portal are sent from noreply@mijndokters.nl. To set up your patient portal, you will receive a one-off email from no-reply@mijngezondheidsapp.nlPlease add these email addresses to your address book on your computer, or to the Contacts on your phone. That way, our emails will be recognised as trusted.
