We work in a slightly different way to what you might be used to.

With us, you have direct contact with the GP, without the need for an assistant. You can do this via the website, or simply by phone using the usual number.

You’ll never be put on hold with us, as we work exclusively by appointment. You decide when the GP contacts you.

Together, we’ll assess the best approach for each situation. Where possible, we’ll help you straight away by phone or via a video call. Would you prefer to send a message with a photo? You can do this easily via the personal portal. Here you can contact us 24/7, request repeat prescriptions, view test results and access your own medical records.

Is a more detailed consultation or physical examination required? If so, you are welcome to visit our GP practice by appointment.
